Welcome to the Vital Qi Newsletter. I hope you enjoy this edition of the Vital Qi Newsletter. Spring is a time for rebirth, growth and blossoming. Feel the warm breeze returning. Hear the birds chirping. It is a time that nature reawakens. What will you do to reawaken your life? What is your plan to bring more energy, vitality and passion to to your life? How can you awaken your fullest potential of health and wellness? I choose a natural approach to health and wellness. I also choose to share these with others. If this sounds like something that you would like to share, then we can make it happen together. Qigong is a great catalyst for igniting positive change and inner vitality.

Qigong is a great way to reduce the effects of stress and improve your health. I have benefited from many different forms of Qigong. You can experience similar benefits too. The purpose of the Vital Qi Newsletter is to bring awareness to Qigong and to inform you of Qigong classes and products available at Inner Vitality Qigong. We also intend on covering other natural health related topics. We look forward to working with you and growing together as we cultivate inner vitality through the art of Qigong. Please feel free to share this newsletter with family and friends.

How to get started?
If you live in the northeastern Ohio area, you can sign up for our in-person classes. Private classes are available upon request. If you cannot attend our in-person classes, you can purchase one of our Qigong Home Study Kits and learn Qigong basics in the comfort of your own home. What's New?
In the spirit of transformation and evolving towards our highest expression of life through Qigong, I am pleased to announce that our new blog is now active. Qigong is for Everyone

There are many different forms of Qigong and there is certainly something for everyone. Qigong forms include movement forms, standing forms, breathing forms and meditation forms. There is something for the young to seniors. Kids can benefit from learning tools and principles that will help guide them in life for maintaining a healthy body and mind. Adults of all ages can benefit from the mind-body practice of Qigong. Qigong can be a way of life, not just with the forms, but it can be a guiding practice for all areas of your life.

For those that are in relatively good health, Qigong will improve the energy and blood circulation in the body. It will also provide a way to balance and release the stress in your life. For those that are weak or frail, Qigong will provide tools that can help you on the road to recovery. In Qigong, you start right where you are.

If you find yourself in a stressful situation, give yourself a timeout. Simply close your eyes, relax and focus on your breathing. Breathe deeply into your abdomen. It only takes five minutes to make a difference in your health.

Living with Health Issues or Injuries

I have had my share of health issues and injuries in my life. And, I am here to tell you that Qigong provides the tools that can help you during these trying times. It may not cure you, although it is possible and does happen, but it can give you a direction and purpose for living. It starts with the stories we tell ourselves. If we are stuck, feeling like a helpless victim, then it is time to accept our circumstance and let go of this story. This kind of story affects our energy system and our physical body.

Being of Service

In a world of so much plenty, there are still so many people around the world in need of help. They lack basic necessities of life, like clean water, food and shelter. Things most of us take for granted. Together we can make a difference, one person at a time. Not only do we help others by being of service, but we also benefit as well. Not only does our service touch people's lives in a positive way, but it is also healing for ourselves as well. There are so many ways to be of service, like donating money, time, clothing, etc. One way that I recommend is helping an entire village by donating to "Compassion for African Villages". Open your heart and your wallet to provide an African village with clean water. There is so much need. Please donate today. You can make a difference.

Qigong Wellness Coaching

We offer Qigong wellness coaching for those that would like assistance creating a healthy lifestyle and integrating Qigong into their daily routine.
